I all the time goal for 1400g. Since I all the time make all or excessive % of residence milled complete grains that weight works completely. I threw within the teaspoon of ADY and it didn’t want it in spite of everything. My starters are loopy lively these previous few weeks. I can be making this one once more quickly and drop the ADY and make sure to butter up higher! Keep tuned . 🙏
