DAY 1: Creamy Butternut Squash Gnocchi with Sausage, Thyme, and Sage. You may also use canned pumpkin puree.
DAY 2: 30-Minute One-Pan Creamy Garlic Parmesan Orzo. Meatless aspect or most important dish.
DAY 3: Tomato Spinach Hen Spaghetti. DAIRY-FREE (no cream, no cheese).
DAY 4: Salmon (or Trout) with Lemon Caper Sauce
DAY 5: Butternut Squash and Spinach Lasagna
DAY 6: Hen and Wild Rice in a Creamy Parmesan Sauce
DAY 7: Southwestern Stuffed Butternut Squash with Floor Beef. This recipe options Black Beans, Corn, Tomatoes, Inexperienced Onions, gentle Inexperienced Chiles, Cheddar, and Pepper Jack Cheese. Gluten-Free, nice for Meal-Prep.
SALAD 1: Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon, Toasted Pecans, and Dried Cranberries (salad or aspect dish)
SALAD 2: Fall Pasta Salad with Roasted Butternut Squash, Spinach, Cranberries, Pumpkin Seeds, Goat Cheese, and Maple-Lime Dressing
SALAD 3: Broccoli Cashew Salad with Apples, Pears, and Cranberries
