Y’all, this chickpea masala recipe I got from a street food stall in Dhaka, Bangladesh street food is hands down the best I’ve ever had simiralr to India street food ones. The chickpeas were perfectly cooked and coated in this insanely flavorful, aromatic, spicy-yet-homey masala gravy. I don’t have the exact recipe but I’m gonna try and recreate it as close as I can from memory alone.
