- ¼ cup zero calorie sweetener
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup melted butter, barely cooled
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp tapioca flour
- ½ scoop Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder

Methodology
- Preheat the oven to 350 F and put together a regular silicone donut pan with non-stick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, add the sweetener and zest. Use your arms to rub the zest into the sweetener granules.
- Add within the eggs, melted butter, milk and extract and whisk to mix.
- In one other bowl, stir collectively the almond flour, coconut flour, protein and protein powder.
