I’ve been working as a bread baker within the USA and our coaching (at my bakery at the very least) is just a little lax. Im self taught for probably the most half however that is my try at a sourdough boule. How did I do? I wasn’t in a position to reduce it and take a pic sadly. I’m hoping to go to Europe ultimately to work with extra conventional breads
