Mango Hen Pasta Salad with Tarragon Lime Dressing


Plates and Palates, my favourite native cafe in Bountiful, UT was the inspiration for  Mango Hen Pasta Salad with Tarragon Lime Dressing. This pasta salad is a mixture of flavors from two of my prime picks at Plates and Palates: the Mango Avocado Hen with Basil Dressing and the Lemon Bowtie with Tarragon Dressing. It’s like two salads received married and had the proper child!

What’s the good pasta salad? For years pasta salads have been solely a savory affair, now the pattern has leaned to the sweeter aspect, pairing pasta with contemporary fruit. I really like this pattern, and this pasta salad has so lots of my favourite elements included!
