Grandma Pizza

I make Sourdough crusts and pre bake. Freeze and prepared for impromptu dinners! I hold sauce within the freezer in pints and I purchase Entire milk mozzarella and Monterey Jack ( can’t get Wisconsin Brick cheese). I exploit my 1970 sheet pans or my Detroit pans relying on how I really feel. It’s all yum.
