Pizza Hut’s Nashville Scorching Hen Crafted Flatzz is a “hand-crafted” private pizza topped with crispy-fried boneless hen items, spicy Nashville Scorching seasoning, contemporary onions, mozzarella, and pickle ranch sauce.

Judging by the scale and form, I’d guess the Crafted Fratzz is made by taking half the dough from a small hand-tossed pizza and stretching it out into a skinny, oval form that is about twice the scale of the chain’s private pan pizza.
