Pizza Hut’s Nashville Scorching Hen Crafted Flatzz is a “hand-crafted” private pizza topped with crispy-fried boneless hen items, spicy Nashville Scorching seasoning, contemporary onions, mozzarella, and pickle ranch sauce.

Judging by the scale and form, I’d guess the Crafted Fratzz is made by taking half the dough from a small hand-tossed pizza and stretching it out into a skinny, oval form that is about twice the scale of the chain’s private pan pizza. The crust was skinny and ethereal with a very nice crispiness on the floor and only a little bit of chew to the tender crumb. The value is inexpensive as properly. I am not a fan of the title, although, which I suppose is a portmanteau of “flat” and “pizza.”
