That is the primary time I’ve used precise Lye, and I am pleased with how they got here out. The wheat was freshly-milled Butler’s Gold (15.5%) wheat berries from Barton Springs Mill.

I’ll up the hydration a bit subsequent time, it was arduous pinching the bottoms with out canyons.
