Easy Italian-style baked hen thighs in candy yellow cherry tomato sauce, spiced up with spring onions and herbs.
- 4 skinless boneless hen thighs, medium measurement
- 250 ml yellow cherry tomato sauce
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 cup ( bunch) spring onions, finely minced
- 1 massive yellow onion, chopped
