Easy Italian-style baked hen thighs in candy yellow cherry tomato sauce, spiced up with spring onions and herbs.

  • 4 skinless boneless hen thighs, medium measurement
  • 250 ml yellow cherry tomato sauce
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 1 cup ( bunch) spring onions, finely minced
