Chicken roast street food on another level! I’m walking through the streets of Karachi, Pakistan and come across crazy chicken roast street food. There’s a bunch of whole chickens literally hanging on spikes over an open fire roasting away! The skin is getting charred and crispy while the meat inside cooks to perfection. I had to try some – best chicken I ever had! The spices, the smoke flavor, and that crispy skin…so good! If you’re ever in Karachi you have to find this spot and get yourself some fire roasted chicken – it don’t get no better than this!
