In celebration of the opening of the Spring Road Pizza location in Tempe AZ. My humble rendition. 
Making of a clone.
The Iconic spicy Spring sq.. Spring Road Pizza.
It is not the journey, it is the vacation spot.
First I need to deconstruct the spicy Spring into the person parts.
1. The pepperoni
This I’ve coated. Hormel cup& char.
2. The Fra Diavolo sauce.
My go too raw sauce, makes use of candy Stanislaus, California tomatoes, recent basil,  garlic, and anchovies. By including some purple pepper flakes and oregano I feel I can come near the cooked candy and spicy sauce.
3. The bread base
Whereas my excessive hydration components is way from what Prince Road makes use of, I’m assured that I can obtain a crispy fried outdoors and an ethereal mild inside.
4. The cheese
I’ve no capability to supply the genuine Lioni mozzarella, 5 lb. Blocks.
That being mentioned, earlier within the week I picked up some Kirkland recent mozzarella. At this time’s pie was to be a grandma, Margarita. I made a decision to modify it up. Hopefully the Kirkland will likely be an excellent substitute.
