After a decade within the Japanese market, Sydney, Australia-based espresso firm Single O has opened up a full-service, day-to-night café in Kanda, Japan. The 50-seat venue is open seven days per week, providing brunch, baked items, and low by day, and wine, cocktails, and snacks by night time.

The SCA is Taking Over the Q Grader Program

The Specialty Espresso Affiliation (SCA) and the Espresso High quality Institute (CQI) have introduced that they’re evolving the content material of the Q Grader program and transitioning its administration.
