I am completed with excessive rye!


I’ve talked about it on one other thread. It’s a dough sport changer! You are able to do bowl folds so simply and nothing sticks but the dough loosens and folds completely. I additionally add my additional water on the time by dipping my new OXO silicone spatula in water as I fold. 

Yeah I’m promoting! It has a terrific lid as properly. It’s 1 gallon measurement. I simply get 2000g of dough in it and let it rise. I’ve put my pizza dough within the fridge to retard it . I unfold the thinnest coat of EVOO round and plop the dough in. The subsequent day I merely flip it over and the dough eases out. Not a single drop stays within the bowl. 

It’s nice for my baguette dough as properly now that I’ve a very completely different shaping course of. 

Excessive % rye falls out leaving a clear bowl and spatula. 

Don’t hand over HIGH RYE but til you’ve tried this.
