Portannier accepted the trophy final Sunday following 4 days of profiling, trier-pulling, sniffing, seconds-counting and slurping on the 2025 Specialty Espresso Affiliation (SCA) Expo in Houston, beating out 22 different nationwide champions from all through the globe.
