I’m fairly pleased with this formulation. Time to lock within the par-bake timing. Then I’ll transfer on to scaling to a bigger sized pie. 

Lumpy ( I named the dough) is nearly prepared for the oven. 

T minus 10 minutes, till par-bake. 8 minutes.
