Norm Berg’s onion rolls. (RIP) Shared publicly on the Recent loaf. 

Since I already had onion topping from the Bialy bake, I rehydrated two TBs of dried onions. This gave me the onion water wanted for the formulation. I made a decision to make use of the re- hydrated onions as an inclusion. I used to be pondering which may have been a mistake.

 That being stated, I adjusted the bake time on the fly for what appears like a really good final result.
