  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon ponzu sauce
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil, divided
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt, divided
  • ½ teaspoon freshly floor black pepper, divided
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
