📞 Chiacchierata (chat)

Ohhhh, amici…this one’s particular. I really whipped up this ripiene (stuffed) Brie cheese pizza on a whim one evening when household dropped in unexpectedly (as they do!). I used to be in a rush, had a wedge of Brie, pepperoni, some pizza dough, and never a lot else — however you understand us Italians, we all the time feed our visitors, even when we’ve got to invent one thing on the fly! 😄

It turned out so good, everybody thought I had deliberate it forward. The perimeters folding up like a country crostata, that gooey Brie melting within the heart, the pepperoni and basil ending it off — pure magic.

And ascolta (pay attention) in case you’ve received leftover dough, do not toss it! Make some mini breadsticks, tacky bites, or freeze it for subsequent time. Each bit counts in an Italian cucina (kitchen), è vero (proper)?

So pour a glass of wine, toss collectively this simple but elegant Italian pizza appetizer, and watch everybody fall in love. Buon appetito, amici!
