
Our favourite technique to begin day by day is with a giant bowl of our sprouted oats! This recipe is just about Autumn in a bowl, and as soon as topped with maple cream and it turns into a breakfast to repeat all week!
Yield: Serves 1
Components
1/2 cup One Diploma Organics Sprouted Rolled Oats
1 cup non-dairy milk, plus extra to serve, if desired
1 pink apple, diced
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp maple cream
1 Tbsp toasted sliced almonds
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Mix oats, milk, half the apple, salt and cinnamon in a small pot, convey to a boil, decrease warmth and proceed cooking, stirring often till thickened and oats are tender, roughly 5 minutes.
Stir within the vanilla, then switch to a serving bowl. High with extra milk, remaining apple, almonds and drizzle liberally with maple cream.
