  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g olives
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • salt to style
  • pepper to style
  • 3-4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 tsp honey
  • chilly water (sufficient to realize the specified consistency)
  • slices of toast (or baguette)
  • 1 clove of garlic reduce in half, to rub on the toast

Directions 

  • Place the cherry tomatoes and olives in a forged iron pan, and drizzle with olive oil. Prime with the rosemary sprigs and season with salt.

  • Place within the oven at 180° C/356° F for 15-20 minutes or till softened. Whereas the cherry tomatoes roast, put together the feta cheese dip.
