Made some Vienna Bread as we speak! Have not made bread with milk or butter shortly. I halved this recipe once more and needed to ad-lib with some flour quantities. Kneading within the butter by hand jogged my memory of once I made puff pastry just a few years again. Additionally, had my oven go to 450 this bake for the primary time (I nonetheless choose 425 as a max for the condominium).
The completed loaf appears darker than in individual I might say, was very mild on the within. Sweeter than the typical white bread from earlier than I might say.
