Smokehouse Rooster is again at Church’s Texas Rooster for a restricted time and is now out there with a new Lemon Pepper dry rub along with Authentic and Spicy flavors.
Church’s Smokehouse Rooster encompasses a half rooster marinated for 12 hours, rubbed with a mix of seasonings, after which fried. It is served bone-in, skin-on, and unbreaded. Pricing begins at $5.99, which incorporates the half rooster, one of many chain’s signature Honey-Butter Biscuits, and a pickled jalapeno pepper.
The brand new Lemon Pepper dry rub is described as “combining shiny citrus with cracked black pepper.”
Church’s first launched Smokehouse Rooster in 2017.
