The brand new menu is out there now by means of September 15, 2026, at Behavior eating places nationwide and was created in collaboration with celeb chef Jet Tila. The menu consists of:

– Korean Fried Hen Bites –  Hen breast items, double-breaded in a spice mix, tossed in a sweet-and-spicy glaze, topped with everything-bagel seasoning, and served with housemade buttermilk ranch.

– Crispy Rice Korean Salad – Chargrilled hen breast, romaine, cabbage slaw, egg, tomatoes, cucumber, crimson onion, crispy rice, and everything-bagel seasoning, served with candy and spicy dressing.

– Candy & Spicy Korean Char – A chargrilled beef patty, white American cheese, hickory-smoked bacon, crispy onion tanglers, inexperienced leaf lettuce, tomato, garlic aioli, and sweet-and-spicy sauce, served on a toasted brioche bun.

The menu might be adopted by two different chef-driven menus that may every be obtainable for eight weeks. The Behavior & Co. platform will run by means of January 2027.
