This week’s bread takes us to Colombia! I halved this recipe for pan blandito this time round. Undoubtedly going to have so as to add extra rising time for any bread now that we’re making our method by November, however I just like the simplicity of the recipe. Enjoyable to roll up a few the blanditos with mozzarella cheese inside as nicely 🙂
