– Drifted from Airbnb to Airbnb virtually weekly for one more 6 weeks and deserted baking altogether throughout this transition.
– Dried my 13 yr previous levain into flakes and packed them into 5 separate baggies at 100g every, inserting every into a special journey bag.
– Packed up the metal, couche, razor blades, Pullman Pan…
– Moved to Spain, fulfilling a >20 yr dream
– Nearly instantly reconstituted my flakes, and now needed to be taught to make use of new flours, new water, the flora within the air, smaller European oven…
– Nonetheless getting the cling of it
